Battle day in Idleb, Syria

2. Blury strike of an RPG on a passing tank (near the end of the video.
3. burning and roasting of a T-72 with his ammo. earlier videos of that same tank showed the turret was detached later on.

In all these videos I got to ask: where is the SAA infantry? Assaulting an urban area without infantry is suicide! The infantry should go in first, locate and suppress the enemy positions, then the tanks and artillery used to pound the enemy held buildings/strong points, then the infantry either storms these positions or takes prisoners, that is how you take enemy held urban areas.

@Challenge Accepted: absolutly correct. Its obvious that they lacking infantry backup. I would postulate the reason is that they are focused on tank battles with Israel and never have trained to coordinate their tanks with their boots on the ground. But seeing so many killed tanks means it works very "darwin like": The smarter commanders will learn and make it better next time

@valhalla-riot I agree that in armoured warfare combat creates better tank commanders, but not civil wars! I don't think there will be a next time for the SAA given their loss rates and defection rates...
