Michigan State Police is investigating a double fatal crash on I-94 at Oakwood Saturday afternoon,

The investigation is on going, and troopers are attempting to identify the two victims. No further information is available to the media, according to Lt. Michael Shaw.

Shaw said a statement detailing the investigation will be released Monday.

Edit: MSP say a semi-truck, a SUV and 2 motorcycles where involved in the accident.

Witnesses report the SUV crossed the median from the eastbound lanes into the westbound lanes and struck the semi before crashing into the motorcycles.

Police say alcohol and drugs may be a factor in the crash.

The identities of the two victims have not been released yet.
