Fake, missiles or whatever they are supposed to be were added after the filming. First one disappears before getting close.
If you look at the explosion at around the 13sec mark you can see what appears to be the roof or more likely the hood of a car. The people filming point the camera at the exact spot of the explosion seconds before the objects appear. This would point to the fact they knew were it was going to happen. My opinion is, it was a car bomb.
