maybe to avoid this the private sector should comply with kyoto and rebuild the smokestacks or whatever cut carbon and keep the work and money in the states so that were not paying for carbon credits to the UN.

No of course not...this is ******* stupid ass shit...thats not what the treaty says at all and its not why the treaty was created. Lord Monckton has a history of seeing conspiracy theories in climate change bills simply because he doesn't believe in climate change at all. Therefore any sort of bill about climate change is going to be interpreted as some sort of giant plan to take your freedoms.
I would also like to point out that Monckton has much to gain politically from saying things like "this climate bill is going to ruin the world". By getting people to believe his lies he accomplishes his political and social objectives.

You better pray that the "birther movement" is right that obastard is a fraud! If found out that he ia, then ANYTHING he signs since 01/20/09 is NULL AND VOID! The next process is to replace him. How is that done? Congress will have to pick one of the Dem Primary runners, most likely H. Clinton. Biden, will be President until then.
