Lightning Strike
Lightning hit a tree, about 50 feet from me as I was filming hail during an outbreak of storms which spawned several tornadoes in the area. there were two strikes within 50 feet of me. May 10 2008

heard those cells produced some nasty weather. Me, I love it when the weather turns violent. The South has some exotic weather,that's for sure.

Oh hail. I've seen it come down tennis ball size and beat the crap out of cars and roofs.

The TV had absolutely nothing to do with it. Besides, lightning doesn't hurt if it hits you directly in the head.

we had a big storm last month.....golf ball sized hail, did $5,500 damage to the roof......i got a baggie full of hail.....had another storm come through last night, no damage....:)
