Paul Bernardo & Karla Homolka: My Personal Heros
They were an attractive, seemingly normal couple, full of smiles in photos taken at their 1991 wedding in the Ontario town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. That happy façade made it all the harder for Canadians to accept the brutal crimes committed by Paul Bernardo and Karla Homolka.
Bernardo was convicted in 1995 of the kidnapping, raping and murdering of southern Ontario teenagers Kristen French and More..

Yeah but you forgot to point out probably the best part is that they conspired to rape and kill Karla's own younger sister, and Karla agreed to let her husband drug her and rape her and even helped, it was a Christmas present for him, isn't that sweet lol

yeah, but always had the potential for it tho!
who here doesn't? people online are mostly an ephemeral lot in terms of being real or grounded. one day they're this and another day they're that. it's almost total freedom in terms of who you are and what you think -- but there are cons to that freedom as well, of course (multiple accounts, false flag people, trolls, racists, psychos, stalkers, etc.)
people are a lot crazier online than they are in real life i'm sure we can agree on that. but i guess that's what happens when you give people all that unchecked social freedom -- if they have deep issues they'll want to let those deep issues loose online
