Getting a damn eyelash in your eye is some of the most uncomfortable shit ever, so I imagine the pain/discomfort the patient experiences post op from this procedure is pretty fuckin unpleasent. I didn't realize certain cancers can actually spread to the eye like this.

I sat in beside an eye surgeon once doing a simple cataract procedure - they do all the work by hand while looking through a microscope! Amazing skills.
