SACRAMENTO (CBS13) ― Authorities are searching for suspects who stole a laptop from a local high school, and have released photos of the suspect taken by the computer's anti-theft program.
An unknown number of suspects broke into Hiram Johnson High School sometime after school hours on October 14, and managed to steal a laptop from the school's office, according to the Sacramento Police Department.
The suspects were clearly unaware that the high school uses anti-theft software on their computers, which tracks the stolen computers and takes pictures of its users. Authorities have released pictures of a person who has been using the stolen computer.
