Iran has agreed to a draft deal on shipping out most of its enriched uranium to Russia, where it will be further enriched - but not to weapons' grade.
Pirouz Majtahed-Zadeh - political scientist and historian - says today's breakthrough in Vienna was achieved mainly because of successful talks in Geneva earlier in October.
