Good thing that one guy was able to jump out of the way.
The smartest thing to do in a "white out" blizzard is drive as fast as you can. Especially while in a huge truck. The same applies to fog. Just hammer on it and assume the road is clear as it should be.

@Frackoff In the USA, the law is something to the effect of drive only as fast as such that if you see a hazzard in the road, you can brake in time. So if you can only see 100 feet in front of you, you better be driving at a speed that will allow you to brake in 99 feet.
