Insurance always try to find excuses not to pay, so no big surprise.
But this is lame. Stealing is still stealing. No matter how easy it was. The burden should be on the criminals not to steal stuff.
It's like blaming a rape victim.

@ufia Yeh , but they won't insure you here unless you got an expensive alarm an immobiliser and a tracker on a car like that as it is all done on risk.
So leaving the keys in defeats the point of their risk assessment and voids the insurance.
