Russian Journalist Throw's Shoe At Mayor.
Seems it's becoming quite fashionable now throwing a shoe at dignitaries.
This one involves a Russian Journo and the Samara Mayor who just does'nt fit the journo's ideal candidate for a mayor,who accuses him of colluding with local gangs and taking bribes.

It is meaningless outside of the middle east, I really don't understand why it is continuing. It meant little to Bush, it meant little to this guy and if someone was to throw a shoe at me, I doubt very much I would have any strong feeling beyond confusion because "honestly! a shoe!? Who throws a shoe!?"

See, this is the trouble with journalism nowadays. The Journalists are supposed to be impartial and report what is said. Opinion writers then add their ten cents worth...... and we the fukin' public are supposed to be the people throwing the shoes at corrupt politicians, along with our votes, after much debate.
Now it is time Journo's got off their fat arses or high horses and simply did their freakin' jobs for a change... now that'd be a novel idea 'eh?
