I agree, they are better fighters but lack any type of technology or advanced weapons. If they had these, the US would be in a world shit right now. They have plenty of AA weapons, just no batteries.
The Cartels down in Mexico are not to be taken lightly, they are trained soldiers as well. Los Zetas is getting strong enough to challenge the government I think.
