The Six Million Dollar man originally aired from 1974 to 1978, 5 seasons 99 episodes and 6 movies.

The Bionic Woman aired from 1976 to 1978, 3 seasons 58 episodes 3 made for TV movies. Of course a spinoff of Six Million Dollar man.

TSMDM was based on the novel Cyborg by Martin Caidin. I mention that because even if you don't like this series you might still like that book, it's very well written and entertaining. There was copious crossover between the two shows so I thought it appropriate to bring them together in one video.

Two of my all time favorite old shows, I couldn't get enough bionics when I was a kid. I lie awake in bed as a child dreaming of being exposed to unbelievably high doses of gamma radiation or getting into some devastating crash so I could have bionic parts installed. Unfortunately neither happened, not for lack of trying.

I could probably rant on forever about these two. My knowledge is pretty comprehensive. But I know that if you're watching this you probably already like and know all about it. So why preach to the choir? Honestly I'm in the middle of working on The Waltons right now and I want to finish it and get to bed for work in the morning so not a lot of time for a write up lol.
