On 04-14-06, while it was parked at 24 Hour Fitness in Lynnwood, the victims car was broken into at approx 0800 hrs . Between 0800-0830 hrs, the two subjects in the video used the victims credit/bank cards three times, at locations in Mountlake Terrace, Ballinger, and Shoreline.
