And once again, everybody stands around with their cell phone cameras and nobody renders first aid. Looks like a nasty flesh wound, but nothing non-surviveable. His heart looks like it is still beating fine, just needs its plumbing hooked back up. Shove it down that gaping hole in his neck, bend his head back, and apply pressure to stop the bleeding.
