  • To be fair, there is no way that ambulance was intended for this crash. It's obvious it was a coincidence, and that he was already en route to/from another emergency. It's not like he could've just said: "Ah hey Bob, how about we say 'fuckit' to that emergency we were called in for 3 miles away -- we got one right here we could do instead". Even in the US you don't see ~10 second respond times. Even with the fastest responses you're looking at 1-2 minutes. Coincidence.

  • I'm British but I live in Taiwan. And ofc scooter accidents are plentiful. People are desensitized. For many reasons people dont want to get involved. You could possibly take a knock on the head, come too all confused and start swinging at the nearest person. The Taiwanese are terrified of ghosts too so if it looks like youre a gonner no one will come near you. People who witness the accidents may be afraid to give detailed reports as they are unsure as to who they are dropping in the shit. Howe More..
