@hamburger hah, no. blood acts like a newtonian fluid. you can do this at home actually. just mix corn starch (a very cheap ingredient found at all grocery stores) and water (and maybe some food coloring).

2. Never quote from wikipedia, anybody can add what they want to it. My friend added to "Superman" that he, as himself, defeated superman. It was later removed, but proves you can not believe everything you read on there.

@CantePe hmm, i read something different a while back when a similar question was asked of a UT grad who posted one of the 1st cornstarch under vibration videos. let me see if i can find it and post a link. i clearly remember reading that blood does not "act" like a non-newtonian fluid.
