Walter Reed antiwar vigil draws minor MP harassment

On September 10, the weekly antiwar vigil at Walter Reed Army Hospital in DC received minor harassment from cops who appeared to be MP's. They MP's whine about candles and sings, while "Free Republic" counterprotesters made a lot of noise in what is a hospital area.

I expected trouble because of the Koran-burning controversy, but the right-wingers made little trouble. This was in stark contrast to the previous year, when the vigil fell on Sep 11 and the Tea Party movement was in town on unrelated business. That year, counterprotesters attempted to invade the antiwar vigil, this year things were much quieter.
