      Maybe you should check someone like finish foreign minister.. its a proof that some of us actually CAN speak english =)

    I miss living in Norway, and my Finn friends. Getting hammered with any of them was the best because there was no way I could speak Norwegian wasted and wouldn't attempt Finnish any time, and listening to them trying to speak English sober was a laugh to begin with.

  • He has the same trouble as a lot of non-native speakers:

    kitchen = keetchen
    sniff = sneef
    etc.

    Been trying to teach my Hungarian friend to say the short 'i' properly for a long time. I'm about ready to give up. She wants so badly to speak with an American accent, but it seems impossible. (I have the same trouble trying to speak their wacky language, too, though.)
