  • And yes there were pilots from the USA helping us out before the Americans eventually joined the war. They formed 3 Eagle Squadrons just after the Battle of Britain. My girlfriend's grandfather was one of them - she's from San Diego.

    just a small point mate -outside UK no one knows what you mean about the poppy -it is a British Legion charity symbol and not know outside the UK.(But of course I know what you mean,and it is quite ironic lol)
