Ian 'Lucky' Tucker is one of Kent's most notorious villains. Despite a fearsome underworld reputation, built up over 20 years, Tucker has only had convictions for minor assaults and traffic offences. A former doorman, debt collector and minder to the Kray twins he was once dubbed one of the UK's most wanted men before being implicated in the murder of Jill Dando.

Donal MacIntyre meets Tucker as he faces eight years in jail for possession of a loaded firearm. Naturally, the Kent gangster pleads his innocence, but after two mistrials, Tucker faces trial for the same offence for an exceptional third time. The police want him off the streets, but will one of the most infamous villains from Britain's corridor of crime escape the jaws of justice once again?

Set against a Kent backdrop of fast cars, ready cash and the recent £53m Securitas robbery, this film follows Tucker, a villain of the old school, as he seeks to evade conviction and comes to terms with the possibility of going to jail for the first time.
