I was headed down to the Safeway for some Ham, Bacon & Eggs for Sunday morning and was happy the Tidal Wave we had last night did next to zero damages across the island of Kauai according to early morning radio news reports.

What surprised me is how responsible Government Agencies took proactive steps to prevent damage to property bought and paid for with our tax monies.

Hurricane Katrina's legacy has had benefits to Democrat Politicians across the Country, hopefully the days of seeing millions of dollars in Government vehicles left in flood zones are over... I hope so.
