Carnival Dream Coast Guard Helicopter Rescue
A male passenger with appendicitis is airlifted from the cruise ship Carnival Dream
along with his wife. After watching some older vids of this type, one thing is very clear - don't get this sick on a cruise ship. Everyone comes on deck to see your sorry ass get taken off, and pretty much all of them will have a camera. A one-finger salute might be worthwhile if you can manage that on the way up.

I used to work on cruise ships in the 90 s and a slot tech got appendicitis ,we were near Cuba so the us navy sent a landing craft out to pic him up .we were about 3 miles of the coast of Cuba .he made it ok
