Notice that WORTHLESS female officer, never even draws her weapon, then runs and lays flat on the road as if she was shot, then when coast is clear she jumps up still never drawing weapon..If that was my backup id be worried.

I could tell by the female cops timid approach to the scene and body language that she didn't want to get involved. She didn't even pull her pistol simply shat herself and hid while her fellow police put themselves on the line to kill the bad guy. I'd fire her ass.
