@look_nohands You are incorrect about Al-Nusra posting the video of the man executed by getting thrown out of the window. That was done by Al-Nour Brigade. They are a 'Free Syrian Army' brigade. By contrast, Al-Nusra do not call themselves 'Free Syrian Army', but they work together and are allied, you are incorrect to say they are not linked. Al-Nusra is part of Al-Qaeda. Several brigades inside the 'Free Syrian Army' are part of Al-Qaeda too, including Kataeb Ahrar Al-Sham.

Due to the nature of the internet, I might have been misinformed about who the video ought to be attributed to. But the main point (about AQ in Levant) still stands. Al Nusra is beyond the FSA structures and is operating independently. They don't coordinate or share resources, according to the best info we have.
