Syria - Another "Barrel bomb" found
It looks like the tell-tale improvised shrapnel are the same as in the others. imho it seems more like an IED and strengthen the theory that these so-called "barrel bombs" are FSA IEDs that were deactivated and "returned to sender" by Assad's army.

@Stamp The way they attached those shrapnel suggest they wanted to use this one as a roadside IED (not a very good one, but never mind that).
Seeing the last few "barrel bombs" it seems like a joke even for the Syrian Army to use these as aerial bombs, it makes a lot more sense that these were made by the rebels.
