A dog has been caught on CCTV, running onto a highway in China's Zhejiang Province and causing a pile-up.

Fortunately, China does not have much of a stray dog problem. You see strays, I saw a few today in fact, but they don't last long. They are caught by locals and sent to Guangdong province to restaurants.
