Knowing the MOD and its deadlines they are likely to be in action by 2018 with all the new aircraft and electronics on board.
The whole purchasing decisions of the British point only to the single minded policy of projection of power to all corners of the globe.
What I wonder do the analyst see coming in the next 20 or so years to warrant this.
