not gonna translate word by word, but here is what the police are saying
translation:
These are the chinese mines, we transport their elders (CEO) 3-4 times everyday, and sometimes we are engaged with missiles and rockets.
this mountain right here is the mine where the aynak (copper) is, during the soviets alot of projects were planned for this place and during the taliban the arabs/chines came here.

There's tons of history in afghanistan when i was in the uruzgan province i trekked up a hill of an old fortress from Alenxander's Era there it was amazing and untouched.
