On January 8, 2012 at 5:12 pm,
the complainant parked his vehicle at 601 South 8th Street and entered
the corner store. While inside the store and unknown white male entered
the complainants car and started to drive away. As the complainant
exited the store, he observed the suspect pulling away with his vehicle.
The complainant attempted to stop the suspect by grabbing onto the
steering wheel from outside the vehicle but the suspect continued to
drive away dragging the complainant south on 8th Street critically
injuring the complainant.

Suspect description:
Unknown race / Unknown age / light green hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, light colored baseball cap
Vehicle Description:
Black 2005 Acura TL, Chrome rims, red calipers, tinted windows, with a PA tag GRJ8159
