its a bomb. police are investigating, its not the first to be found. consists of a mechanical part taken from a car or motorcycle , filled with some petrol wired to a clock.

@landsolo I wouldn't. But then again if people didn't take a chance to actually film most of the stuff we see on LL or share CCTV vids, where would we be. I'm just grateful I get to watch in the comfort of my home while total strangers take the risks and share it with us.
