The US and state constitutions strictly FORBID passing ex post facto laws (i.e. retroactive), yet the continue to do so in the name of "protecting the children!"

Well, if they made the law retroactive back 100 years, how many of your own parents would be considered a sex offender in today's sex offender hysteria?
