Something I stumbled upon the other day and it seems like an anti-Nato propaganda film made by a German speaking Communist party?
It looks like they are placing the blame on Nato and saying their bombs did this but I don't speak Russian or German so maybe someone who understands could translate for us.
Either way nobody likes to see innocent little kids hurt.
I figured it's German because of the word with "Krieg" in it meaning War.
Edit: I looked it up and I'm fairly sure Kriegsverbrechen means "War crimes".
