This is a scene from Oliver Stone's Oscar winning Vietnam war film. Taylor (Charlie Sheen) is certain Sgt Barnes (Tom Berenger) killed his friend Sgt Elias but can't prove it. He wants to frag Barnes for murder and is trying to convince his platoon mates to go along. As they are arguing in their bunker over what to do about Barnes, somebody turns out to have been eavesdropping on their entire conversation. One of the most dramatic scenes in the movie.

As a side note, Oliver Stone is the only director to make a Vietnam movie, who is himself a veteran of real Vietnam combat.
