Nice to see the people on the street helping by carrying them to the waiting ambulance. Hopefully they didn't suffer any spinal cord injuries. I can see the injured guy waking up in the hospital and wondering...."why can't i feel anything from the chest down?". This is so stupid for the medical team. They didn't even check for vital signs of broken or spinal damage to their backs. Just carried them without using a stretcher or any support. I wouldn't like to have an accident in any 3rd world country! Hell no.
