@Jroc2877 I know from personal experiance that cab drivers have codes for non paying customers and robberies/attacks. Thats the first thing they tell you when you start working. That and to bring a tire iron with you when you get the code over the CB. No cops.

@the wedge That was a folding emergency reflective triangle. You are supposed to set it out at least 20 m in the direction of oncoming traffic to warn the drivers of the disabled vehicle. The driver was replacing a tire and he was sitting in the opposite lane so he had to set it out there in front of him.

They put something in road to blow out trucks tires then wait to sell him new tires or slam there car into the already rolled over truck to collect insurance. The truckers spotted the trap and got the hunters, hehe.

The thing the truck driver picked up is a simple device - a board with nails. The racketeers will wait for a passing car to get punctured, then offer to help for money. Truck drivers watched out for these as truck tires are costly repair.
In USA, these devices are call traffic police and truck drivers watch out for them too. bwahahahaha.
