Traffic police officer who yelled at a motorist "Sedan, fuck off! ... Moron! " over his cruiser PA-system on the Moscow ring road has today been dismissed for "committing misconduct incompatible with requirements for employee's personal and moral qualities of the internal affairs authorities".

To his misfortune, the incident was recorded by one of those ever present dash cams.
