  • damn....i don't think he is wrong or a douche at all. i expect the same kind of thing where i work. i know EXACTLY what he means when he says he should never have to look for a pencil.

    when i am engineering, being creative, working, i NEED my tools handy so as to not disrupt the process.

    i guess those who do not produce fantastic things wouldn't know how important it is that the methods and working environment need to be in order for good productivity and good engineering.
