well its a type of disinfectant that you put in the top bit of the toilet and when you flush blue water comes out...it also makes it smell better.

ha ha, blue water... I guess that would be strange seeing that for the first time!
Well let me explain
You put these blue pucks (I think it's bleech mixed with other cleaning stuff) in the overflow part of the toilet so the water cleans the bowl and makes sure the toilet does not stink like poo.
Their good for 2000 flushes, hence the name, 2000 flushes! Then the blue disapears.
I think that should about cover it tootz.
