  • You have a war like this in the Middle East and the Jihadis are going to come. It's just a fact. It doesn't mean they will control the future of Syria. The Ba'ath party is a dictatorship in Syria that is illegitimate and uses terrorism against its own people. Not everything about it is bad (yes they are not Islamists), but it deserves to go and the faster the better.

      you really need to read more often. sunnis are 80% of the population first of all. the FSA and SNC are not extremists. oh and in Saudi, while i dissaprove of the government there, women have the right to not just basic education but doctorate level, paid for by government

      Sunnis's are just over 70% of Syria's population. But they do not want the Jihadi's in there, anymore than the other groups. It's a rotten kind of Sunni fighting there that's causing teh trouble.

  • awesome video. these revolutionaries are very brav for doing this. unfortuantely a lot of people haven't been such has hamza al khateeb and the boys in daraa who did similar graffiti and were tortured/killed as a result. this is what kicked off the protests

      kinda ironic that it was graffiti that started this whole thing, 10 kids did the same thing with any regime slogans taken from the Egyptian revolution and all the kids were tortured and returned to the families a week later, except for the one kid the police killed, he didn't get returned
