A 2 vehicle accident around 12:15 P.M. sent at least 2 people to hospital with
injuries female passenger, from the Cadillac and a elderly male driver of mini
van. Codiac R.C.M.P. , Moncton Fire and Ambulance responded to the crash. Male
driver of the white car opened trunk and got a white bucket full of copper and
took off from the scene before Police arrived. A witness told me the van cut off
the white car. Air bags were deployed. 3 lanes of Killam Drive were blocked off
by McKenzie Ave. and traffic was being rerouted onto Second Ave. . Road
conditions were dry at the time of the accident and 2 tow trucks were needed at
the scene.
