A drunken driver visits the Three Elms in Brixham
45 year old Leigh Brennan lost control of his vehicle whilst under the influence of alcohol.
He duly crashed into the front of the Three Elms, causing the landlord to suffer a serious pelvic injury, crushed ribs, and a spinal injury, when he was hit by falling masonry.

There should be attempt murder or life in jail if you drink and drive and hurt someone!
If you get caught with drinking and driving it should be a minimum of 10 years.. IMO
