Drinking and driving proved fatal for this woman who ended up driving the wrong way on a highway and is struck by oncoming traffic in a head-on collision. The accident is caught on tape by an officer already stopped during a routine traffic stop. The woman driving was three times over the legal limit and was the only fatality. Amazingly, you can hear the dispatcher warning officers of the impending hazard just as the accident happens. (2004)
