  • Wait don`t Qatari backed Al Jazeera hate Assad. This seems a significant step if they are allowing reporting showing Assad in a good light in any way.Maybe the terrorists have phoned them telling them they have lost.

  • Awesome news and smart tactic. The kurdish ppl have been wanting their own land and now they got it. Pretty sure the kurds and the syrian govt will be reasonable in the end.The kurds are good ppl not Islamic fanatics and their PKK have good views for all. They just want to bomb turkey and the way turkey acted on this crisis i say let them.

  • Bullshit, the Kurds were treated as third-class 'non-citizens' for over 40 years, perhaps only slightly better than the treatment the Assyrians (Christians) received...

It's the same problem with Christian-Arabs in Israel/Palestinian Territories; speaking out against muslim human-right violations et al, guarantees severe 'collective' repercussions... So fuck the AllahJizm propaganda, you're looking at a bunch of hostages...

    • @nutsflipped Kurds/PKK know who the real enemy is: ErDOGan, not Bashar.

Assad could of just found an important ally here...

    • @nutsflipped
They have reasons to fear the FSA, because they've been trying to sit this shitstorm out, and certain elements in FSA are islamo-fanatics, but they never had a reason to support the regime, only to keep as low a profile as possible.

AFAIK, the Druze in the Israeli Golan-Heights are the only non-Alawites the regime has pandered to...

    • @guronimo Many Kurds in Syria in fact are the citizens of Turkey. In 1928 When Turkey crushed them, they escaped to Syria and became refugees. So no government in the world accept refugees as citizens: Thus the real responsible of this situation is not SYria but Turkey. The kurds who have been had Syrian origin are citizens of SAR. Now, Syrian government starts to recognize refugees as its citizens. Also there are refugees from Iraq and Palestine and like the Kurds, in Syria.
