The reason Children are dying from Assad air raids is because the "F.S.A" are targeting Government forces then retreating into civilian populated areas. The Government has no choice but to put a collateral damage figure on this whole affair. The Assad Government are not just indiscriminately bombing civilian areas just to fill their own blood lust... Get a grip people of what is really going on...
