Driver Jumps in Car when Arrested hits Squad Car Gets Chased before Getting Arrested Again

(Audio starts at 1m20s) The incident starts when police stopped a car and were trying to put the suspect in handcuffs.
But the suspect managed to get back in his car and sped away.

His car smashes into a squad car but the driver doesn't stop.

Dashcam shows the pursuit continuing into Kansas City, Kan., before ending in a crash.

No one was hurt during the chase or crash.
