This is footage from inside a USAF Thunderbirds F-16. After reading comments from the original source, it seems that the random objects flying around the cockpit(sheets of paper,m&ms,etc) are the result of a prank by one of the pilots wingmen (Hence him giving his wingman the middle finger during the video). Near the end of the video you see the result of not strapping yourself in properly when the backseater ends up coming out of his seat during an aerobatic maneuver!!
