Sign 1: Jams on two lanes.
Sign 2: Blinding sun reflection on the road.
Sign 3: All other scooters and cars drover slow.
Sign 4: Traffic was rolling and not standing.
Disregarding one or two signs could habe been survivable. But disregarding all of them and still overtaking another scooter makes this crash just deserved.
