Holiday Cottage Voyeurs Jailed.

A man has been jailed for 30 months for setting up secret cameras to spy on people renting his holiday cottage .David Sturgess 54 was found guilty of 12 charges of voyuerism and of 3 charges of taking indecent images of children.
Swansea Crown Court heard that Sturges hid cameras in fake smoke alarms to film guests undressing,showering and having sex at Llandysul,Ceredigion West Wales,sturgess wa More..

What gets me is his ex partner knew he was doing this but only grassed him up when they split up shes just as guilty.

Why isnt the ex girlfriend also charged as an accomplice to the crime since she knew he was doing it but waited until AFTER he dumped her to go to the police?
